Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Cancellation After Registration

Once a participant completes registration and the payment is successful, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Transferable Registration

Registration cannot be:

  • Transferred to another person
  • Shifted to the next event
  • Modified after the cut-off date

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the event is cancelled due to:

  • Weather issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Public health situations

Organizers may:

  • Reschedule the event or
  • Provide alternate benefits (such as discount for next event)

No monetary refund is guaranteed.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

If any refund is issued due to technical failure, payment gateway fees may be deducted.
